Product Owner CRM

Job description

As a ‘Real’-Product Owner at Realworks you are the owner of a complex product. You take care of the needs from the stakeholders.

Your role:

In this role you have the responsibility for the most successful product; our Realworks CRM. During the daily stand-ups you and your team will discuss the tasks of the day. You are the bridge between your team and the stakeholders. You have also the responsibility for all the creative projects, and you prioritize them as well. Every month you take care of the feedback from the real estate agent and discuss this every quarter during the open mind sessions, to make our product even better.

In this role you are responsible for:

  • Planning and structuring of the backlog;
  • Introducing new product ideas to our stakeholder;
  • Product improvement in consultation with customers and stakeholders;
  • You are presenting our demo’s;
  • You deliver progress report in periodic (internal) team meetings.

Your team:

Your team consists of 7 developers and 1 scrum master, during the daily stand-ups you communicate with your team and support them when needed. You also work closely together with the other Product Owners and the stakeholders about the implementation of company-wide projects.

Job requirements

There is no set route to become a ‘Real’-Product Owner. However, we prefer that you bring the following experience:

  • A bachelor's degree;
  • Relevant experience as a Product Owner in a tech-oriented environment.
  • Result-oriented;
  • Good knowledge of the English language a willing to learn Dutch.
  • You are very structured;
  • You are a connector;
  • A practical person.
