Interview with Dmitry

Can you tell me a bit about yourself and your background?

Hello there! My name is Dmitry, and I work as a System Engineer at Realworks. Before joining Realworks, I had the privilege of working in large companies. When I'm not busy with work, I enjoy spending quality time with my two adorable dogs and my lovely daughter. I also have a passion for reading books, which allows me to unwind and learn new things.

What motivated you to join Realworks?

I wanted to try something new and explore a different industry. Having worked in big companies before, I was looking for a place with less hierarchy. That's when I discovered Realworks, a well-established company with around 20 years of experience and a lot of clients. What caught my attention was their flat organizational structure, which means there is less emphasis on hierarchy and more focus on collaboration and equality among colleagues.

Can you describe your team?

The team at Realworks gave me a warm and friendly welcome. The HR team was incredibly helpful and accommodating during my relocation process. They made sure to explain the details of the new project to me before I started, allowing me to quickly jump in and begin contributing. I felt supported and integrated into the team right from the start.

What does your typical workday look like?

My daily work at Realworks involves a mix of operational tasks and research. I handle system maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as conduct research to explore infrastructure improvements and assess their necessity and feasibility. This helps optimize our operations and ensure we make informed decisions regarding any changes to our infrastructure.
