Android Developer

Every day 14.000 real estate agents are using our app, which is why our app has to work optimally. When you join our Mobile team you can work on a solid app with a lot of possibilities. Our biggest users are the real estate agents, for example when they are on the road and would like to arrange their business as quickly as possible. You can think of placing a new home with photos and a floor plan, but also searching for homes that are for sale.

There are a lot of reasons to join our Mobile Team, but one of them is to make our app and its features better, but above all user-friendly. We work with technologies that we feel comfortable with, such as; Android Architecture Components, MVVM and DataBinding, but we are always looking to adopt the latest technologies.

In this role you work:

- On an app with many functionalities;

- On an app used by 14k users;

- With Kotlin, Dagger and Git;

- With a clear vision;

- With a young and international team.

Your team:

You will become part of a team consisting of 6 passionate mobile developers (3 iOS and 3 Android). We are a multicultural team, each with their own opinion. Together, we brainstorm about new features to make the app even better and user-friendly.

There is no fixed set of skills required to become the best Android developer at Realworks, but you recognize yourself in the following requirements:

• Experience as an Android developer;
• Experience with Kotlin, Git and Dagger;
• You know Java like no other;
• You have knowledge of Android SDK (API 17+), Android Jetpack, MVVM, DI and automated testing.

You are also:

• Results-oriented;
• Have a good knowledge of the English language;
• You are curious and open to learn about new technologies.
