Realworks was founded in 2004 with one clear goal: to develop software that makes real estate agents’ work easier and more efficient. We developed the first online CRM for real estate agents in the Netherlands and grew to become the market leader. Today, 80% of Dutch real estate agents use our software.

Our platform supports real estate agents throughout almost the entire process of buying and selling a home. From client communication and appointments to property presentations and offers. We are also developing an API platform that allows Realworks to connect with other systems and services.

But we don’t just build software for real estate agents. With Move.nl, we connect agents with sellers, buyers and people looking for a home. Consumers can use the platform to track their buying or selling journey, view and share documents, schedule viewings and make offers. To date, more than 2 million consumers have used Move.nl.

Realworks and Move.nl are closely connected. What a real estate agent does in Realworks is linked to what consumers see and do in Move.nl. Together, our products support both sides of the same process: the real estate agent managing their work and the consumer buying or selling a home.

Behind these products is a team of more than 130 colleagues representing 20 different nationalities. From our office in Amsterdam, we work every day to further develop Realworks, Move.nl and the technology behind them.
